Store Policy

  • 1. No Shows, Late Rescheduling & Cancellations: Please allow us no less than 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. All no shows and appointments with less than 24 hours notice will result in an automatic charge of 50% of your appointment’s cost.
  • 2. Booking Reservations with Credit Card: For all new and existing clients there is a card required to be on file in order to book your appointment.  
  • 3. At Pinkys Beauty Box, providing you with an exceptional experience and the best possible service at every single appointment is our top priority.
  • 4. All of our services are non refundable once performed, but if you are not 100% satisfied with anything, please let us know within 3 days. We’ll do our best to make any adjustments to ensure that you are happy with the results. 
  • 5. Our warranty for eyelash extensions covers extreme fallout (more than 5 lashes a day), or  irritation (itching, poking).  We need to be notified  within 3 days of your last appointment in order for us to honor warranty work. Warranty DOES NOT  include replacing lashes for a different style or length which was determined and agreed upon  at the time of your appointment. We do not offer warranties on one week fills, unless there is irritation or discomfort. We do not offer warranties if you are late to your appointment.  Warranty does NOT include refunds for the service that was already performed.
