Shipping & Delivery
When your order is received by Pinkys Beauty Box, we make our best effort to ship your beauty supplies to you as promptly as possible. Shipments normally take place within two business days. If your order is made on a weeken or holiday we will ship your items to you the following business day. We will ship your items via USPS Priority Mail or First Class. Expedited shipping can be arranged via an applicable fee.

Our website is PCI compliant.  What does this mean? Basically it is initiative created to offer service providers and merchants a unified approach towards online payment processing and it aims at safeguarding credit card holder information and preventing credit card fraud. So you can be rest assured shopping with us.

Returns & Replacements

If you are unsure about the item you are about to purchase feel free to call us first and we will do our best to answer any inquiries you may have.  We check the quality of our items before we ship them to you; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, will provide a refund or exchange of the item within 60 days of purchase. 

Due to the nature of our products we can only accept returns if the package is unused and unopened. If you ordered the wrong item please send us your unused and unopened item and we will gladly exchange it for the correct item. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping cost.
