Our synthetic mink lashes are soft and have a perfect curve, thickness and length. Each lash is indvidually adhered to your natural lash to create that natural yet elegant look you desire. Working with us you will have the opportunity to choose the thickness, curl and length(s) of your lash extensions.
What are eyelash extensions made of?
Our eyelash extensions are made of synthetic material that replicate the natural curve of a real lash. We offer C curl which is a more natural curl and is most noticable from a side profile. Our D curl is most curved and your lashes will be noticable from a front profile. We also offer elliplse lashes for a superb softness; it feels lighter, looks darker and glossier.
What are the benefits of wearing eyelash extensions?
Wearing lash extensions means you wake up with makeup! Every morning you wake up, you've cut out a few steps in your eye makup routine. Lash extensions not only lengthen but thicken and gives you a beautiful curl and lift to your natural lashes. You no longer need to use a lash curler to curl your lashes. You can throw out your eyeliner too because lash extensions have a thick base and taper to a small point at the opposite end. The thick base creates the same effect as perfectly appied eyeliner. You will spend less time with makeup and still benefit from the appearance of a brighter and well rested eyes, all day every day! Oh, and no mascara which means no stained raccoon eyes from sweat, oily skin or even tears!
How long do eyelash extensions last?
Your new and gorgeous lashes can be maintained indefinitely with refills. When properly applied by a licensed and certivfied eyelash stylist, your lash extension will remain in place until the natural lash on which it rests falls out. With proper care and maintenance refills are typically only needed every 2 to 3 weeks to replace the lashes that have shed.
What are the steps in an eyelash extensions procedure?
Eyelash extensions is a safe and relaxing procedure. You will be comfortably reclined with your eyes closed while the lashes are applied to your natural lashes. There is no discomfort or pain involved in the application; in fact most people find it so relaxing that they fall asleep.
What is the difference between classic and volume?
Classic lashes involve applyine one lash extension to one natural lash. Volume lashes, we create 2d up to 6d fans and apply the fan to one natural lash. Volume lashes will fill up quickly and look much thicker, fuller and fluffier. We notice with volume lashes, there are so many lashes that when a natural lash does shed, it is not noticable and you will still enjoy a full set of lashes. People with very thick lashes to begin with are best candidates for classic and people with thin or sparse lashes benefit most from volume.
How long does it take to get eyelash extensions applied?
Our classic full sets lasts between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours and our volume full sets lasts between 1 hour to 2.5 hours.
I have very little lashes, can I wear eyelash extensions?
Eyelash extensions need to be adhered to a natural lash, you must have some natural lashes to receive the procedure.People who have alopecia should not get eyelash extensoins, also people who are undergoing chemotherapy or those who suffer from Trichotillomania, unless and until the individual has received effective treatment and normal lash growth has resumed.
Can I apply eyelash extensions to my own lashes?
Unprofessional application or self-application may cause eye injury, lash damage or unnatural looking lashes. Our Lash extensions are applied one lash at a time to your individual natural eyelashes to achieve long, thick and natural looking eyelashes. The procedure involves bonding the synthetic extension to your own natural eyelashes and should be performed only by professionally trained Lash Stylists only.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
Not when properly applied. In fact, lash extensions are kinder to your natural lashes because you won't need to curl or apply mascara, which can break and dry your lashes.
How do I take care of my lash extensions
Overall, you won't need to adjust your normal routine and lifestyle. For the first 48 hours, avoid using water, creams and oils around the eye area, as well as swimming, sauna, or spa treatments. Never pull or rub your lashes. Use a non-oily, water-based eye makeup remover.
Before your appoinment
Please remove all your eye make-up and to wash your eyelashes. It’s important that your lashes are thoroughly cleaned to ensure the extensions fully bond to your natural lashes. If you wear contacts, please be prepared to remove your contact lenses during your lash application.
After your appointment
Eyelash extensions are easy to care for. Follow these basic steps to prolong the life of your eyelash extensions. for the first 48 hours after the application of your lash extensions: Avoid getting your lashes wet Avoid swimming, saunas or steam rooms. If you experience any signs of irritation, please contact us as soon as possible. You may be allergic to the extensions and they may need to be removed. Do not use eyelash curlers, perm or tint. Do not pick, pull or rub your eyelashes.
Makeup to avoid
Not all makeup products out there are compatible with lash extension. Some products will loosen the bond causing lashes to drop prematurely. Some products may be difficult to remove and may leave residue on lashes. This residue buildup may leave lashes feeling gritty or looking clumpy.
